Because who doesn't like a little ass slapping to go with your shimmy? This class will focus on the Basics spending time drilling each movement and then putting it into a fun combination at the end.

Sometimes the most fun thing you can do with your week is grab a prop perhaps a chair and get ready to get strong, flexy and sexy. Class may include some floor work use of knee pads is encouraged.

This classic heels class is dowsed with technique. Come along with TeeJae to his natural roots, “genderblending on his tippies”. He will be going over technical details of heels work with a standing warmup to get the blood pumping, some standing work for proper foot placement, weight distribution and pushing yourself to test your balance and dance technique. Then strap in and bring yourself across the floor with some walking patterns and low-flow floor work. As a class he will present a new piece of choreography to “top hits” every 2-3 weeks.
This is a dance heels class, please be aware pole heels have a platform ,7-10inches, while dance heels typically are 3-6inches high. All dance heels are valid and we love to see what you bring to show off your style!

In this fun, flirty class, you'll explore strength-building, flexibility, and sensual choreography—all centered around a chair. Expect sassy poses, seductive transitions, and a touch of floorwork. No experience needed, just bring your curiosity and a pair of knee pads!
Ready to build that bootylicious dancer bod? TeeJae has the perfect poison for your poise! This classic conditioning class will challenge you in new ways you never knew existed. It will lengthen, tone, firm and stabilize your muscles, joints and all the ligaments of your body! Do the most classic Barre Warm Up, build up those arm muscles with strategic band work then hit legs hard. After you can’t take anymore there’s still some booty work to encourage the most attractive ASSets one can hope for. You’ll kill the core and come back down to earth with a gentle stretch and yoga finish. This blend of BARRE technique and strength exercises is perfect for all body types and all skill levels. (No dance experience required) Get ready to sweat, laugh and test your body
A full- bodied conditioning class geared towards increasing strength, stability and mobility with a special focus on active flexibility to get those legs leggin' and those splits splittin' when we dance.
Flexibility is not required we will gain it along the way. There will be lots of modifications given for each exercise.
Start your pole journey here! This beginner-friendly class introduces you to the fundamentals of pole dance, including basic grips, spins, transitions, and floorwork. Rediscover beginner Pole moves but with HEELS! This class will move SLOW and there will be lots of foot/ankle conditioning.
Please bring your Pleaser Style Heels to class with you 6 - 8 inch recomended.
Pole 1.5 is for students who’ve taken at least 4 Intro to Pole 1 classes and are feeling confident with foundational spins and grips. In this class, we’ll introduce climbing, sitting on the pole, and strength-building drills to prepare you for inverting. It’s all about building power, control, and confidence in the air!
In this class, we’ll focus on conditioning drills, pole holds, and progressive combos that challenge your grip, coordination, and aerial awareness. Ideal for those ready to climb higher and connect their movement with more fluidity and power. Must have completed at least 4 Intro to Pole 1 classes.
This advanced beginner low flow pole class will spend each month creating and diving in deep to a single choreography.
Knee pads, thick socks or heels (must have taken at least 4 intro to heels classes or feel confident dancing in heels)
We will be linking movements from the floor to the pole but no climbing up the pole or fully inverting. Song will range from smooth and sexy r&b to hip hop and everything in between.

Join the radiant Seraphina as she guides you through a ballet-inspired journey designed to build strength, lengthen lines, and unleash your inner showgirl. You'll start with a sultry twist on a traditional ballet barre warmup utilizng the pole to improve posture, balance, and fluidity, and finish with a juicy pole combo that fuses elegance with pure tease.
No pointe shoes required—just a love for movement, a dash of drama, and a desire to feel strong, sexy, and so confident.ding strength and confidence.
No experience? No problem. This is your time to unwind, have some fun and let go in a supportive environment.
Ready to level up your heel game? This class is for students who have taken at least 4 Intro to Pole Heels classes or feel confident moving in heels. We'll focus on clean lines, fluid transitions, musicality, and full-body storytelling.
Expect extra attention on foot and ankle conditioning to support safe and sexy movement.
A continuation from pole 1.5 (not sure if you're ready check in with Jess or Holly) that will work on tricks and combos (Static & Spin) Must be comfortable climbing and dropping into an invert. Will work towards inverting from standing.
Curriculum will run monthly, so we encourage you to start this class at the beginning of the month.
